Through my experience at Salling Group and Coding Pirates Kolding I have gained valueable insights in how organizations are run and what capabilities, technology can bring to the table. Lack of insights and running manual time-consuming tasks are now replaced with organization-wide knowledge platforms, where ideas can spread across the full organization, and many processes can now be done much smoother with the help of digital tools both ensuring a higher level of correctness and more informed decision-making. But more can be done, and there are still many unexplored ways of easing the everyday life with these tools.
